A little history….

AusWide Valuations was started in February 2006 by Pino Tedesco and Jessica Cherry. Both have extensive experience in a number of fields including IT, Operational Management, Listed Property Trusts, Development and Valuation knowledge, and have joined together to revolutionise the way valuations are completed.

Director – Pino Tedesco

Pino Tedesco has had experience in the listed property trust and corporate finance field with Deutsche Bank in Australia as well as England and has also had positions as a Property Development Manager with Coles Myer Shopping Centre Development Division as well as well known property research house BIS Shrapnel as a research analyst. Pino has experience setting up new businesses and has a passion and proven skill for business development.

Director – Jessica Cherry

Jessica has worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 10 years, managing upto 40 staff members in various positions, and has extensive experience in business and staff management including budgeting, forecasting and strategic business analysis and strategic growth planning and management. Jessica has also managed a large manufacturing business as well as managing a large valuation business prior to AusWide Valuations.

From this diverse and complimentary experience AusWide Valuations was formed to take the valuation industry to the next level. With under a year in the market AusWide valuations have over 30 active clients and operate in 4 different states (New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia) conducting not only residential work, but also commercial and rural in concentrated areas as well as isolated areas in NSW and QLD. AusWide Valuations is fastly becoming the one stop shop for all your valuation needs.

The 2 main focuses of AusWide Valuations is Customer Service and Quality Speedy Valuation Reports. This directly will lead to continued client satisfaction and the continued success of one of Australia’s fastest growing valuation firms.
