Our Sydney Valuation office services all of the Greater Sydney Metropolitan Area from Brooklyn/Palm Beach in the north to Sutherland in the south and westward to include the Blue Mountains / Katoomba area.
We also service the Greater Wollongong / Southern NSW Valuation Area from Sutherland in the north to Berry, Nowra, Shellharbour, Kiama areas in the south and westward covering the Southern Highlands, Bowral & Mittagong.
Our coverage also includes Central Coast Area. We cover the major residential valuation areas of Gosford, Terrigal, The Entrance and Wyong, through to Newcastle and Hunter region.
We also undertake a valuation outsourcing service on behalf of clients for regional and rural centre valuations with specialist valuers in our team having many years experience appraising these types of properties.
Our appraisal reports are prepared to the General Standing Valuation Instructions of our client and we have a current Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy up to $2,000,000.
